  • Keep your pet on fasting for some time round the clock. This would help the digestive system of your cats function normally.
  • Trash food feeding is one of the major causes of flatulence in cats. So, avoid trash food eating as much as possible.
  • Stressful cats can have disturbed digestive system. If your pet is under stress physically or emotionally, it may develop the problem of gas or flatulence.

  • Do prefer bottled water over chlorinated water. Filtered water is always recommended for the pets by the experienced vet. Fluoridated water isn’t better for your pets at all.
  • Use clean bowls of stainless steel or glass for food and water. Plastic bowls are, actually porous and there are many chances they become the breeding places for bacteria. So, avoid plastic utensils for your pets at all.
